What can go wrong

• Wrong lesson file

  • if you update your lesson files, make sure everyone downloads and uses the new one

• Machine configurations

  • Win95 batch file problems (FAQ has info)
  • Other machines PATH problems
  • Unix users need to convert .bat into .sh files

• Browser mode

  • Java must be enabled
  • Set cache >40MB

• Network problems

  • slow and/or lots of packet loss
  • alternate or back-up servers
  • visitlocal.bat - in case all else fails
