Collaboration with GOES West Real-Time Imagery

This is a realtime collaboration site for the GOES West Imagery from the SSEC Data Center using VISITview - a teletraining and collaboration tool developed for NOAA.

Read the Tips at the bottom of the page!

Tips:

  1. Join an existing group or start your own when the dialog box pops up.
  2. Click the mouse to position the Big Red Pointer; Shift+Mouse Drag will roam the images (these are BIG images...)
  3. When you want to select a new page, first highlight the page name in the pull-down menu, then click the Selected button...or just click the Next button.
  4. Press "ALT+?" to get a little on-screen help information.   
  5. Only apply enhancements to "Hi-Q" (High-quality) images...
