Phillips Residence Hall

Phillips Residence Hall boasts some of the best lake views on campus! Each guest room has its own private bathroom attached as well as carpeting and air conditioning. There are 16 rooms available in this room block with a single rate of $69.00 and double rate of $44.00. Each night would include breakfast the next morning at Four Lakes Market and is $7.50 (plus tax $0.41) for a nightly rate of $76.91 single occupancy/$51.91 double occupancy. This building is 0.1 mi from the Dejope conference site, about a 2-minute walk.

Once at the UW-Housing portal, guests will create a login by clicking “Register here.” Once registered and logged in, navigate to (Book Your Stay) at the top of the page and select “Summer Guests: Overnight Reservations.” On the following page, navigate to “NASA Validation Workshop” and click “Select” to begin the reservation process for securing a room.

Best Western Inntowner

The InnTowner offers genuine hospitality and thoughtful amenities, such as complimentary breakfast from our on-site restaurant, complimentary shuttle services within a two-mile radius, and free Wi-Fi. Shuttle for the airport is not available. We are ideally located in the Regent neighborhood just minutes away from restaurants, UW campus, Camp Randall Stadium, UW Hospital, and the Hilldale shopping center. Breakfast is included in the Federal rate of $131/night. Distance from the Dejope Lake Mendota Room is 0.8 miles or a 16-minute walk. If using the complimentary shuttle, please contact the front desk at least 15 minutes before departure.

Madison’s premier business hotel, The Madison Concourse, is located just north of Capitol Square close to State Street. This hotel provides very personalized service. Free shuttles for the airport and the Dejope Residence Hall/Lake Mendota Room are available by contacting the concierge. Complimentary wireless Internet access, indoor pool and exercise area are offered as well as an award-winning restaurant. Underground parking is $15/night. There are 15 Premier rooms in this block. About 35-minute walk to the Dejope Lake Mendota Room or a 10-minute ride via complimentary shuttle.
