Meeting Logistics
Coffee will be available in the pre-function area outside of room 235 (SE corner of the building) all week. Room 205 (SW corner of the building) is in close proximity just down the hall.
A water-bottle filler is available right outside the restrooms. Disposable water bottles will not be provided.
Lunches are on your own. There are a wide variety of food carts, indoor/outdoor dining at Memorial Union and restaurants all within walking distance (map will be available). Please be aware that you cannot bring food into the Pyle Center because of the city’s health code. (Individual drinks are okay.)
