GeoIPS 2024 Meeting 5-9 August 2024 at the Pyle Center, UW-Madison

For the non-Federal participants, there are rooms available at the Federal rate of $131/night if you use the room blocks in the following hotels. The room blocks expire one month (5 July 2024) before the meeting starts, so make your reservations as soon as possible.

Hilton Garden Inn

A new hotel just blocks away from the Pyle Center, the Hilton Garden Inn has the Garden Grill and Bar restaurant which serves a cooked-to-order breakfast and dinner. Complimentary wireless Internet access and exercise area are offered. There are 10 king rooms available in this room block. About 0.6 miles walk to the Pyle Center via East Campus Mall, or 15 minutes.

Madison Concourse Hotel

Madison’s premier business hotel, The Madison Concourse, is located just north of Capitol Square close to State Street. Free shuttles for the airport and the Pyle Center are available by contacting the front desk.
