Oral Presenters:
- Presentations will be 30 minutes in duration, including questions. It is important for the meeting flow to make sure your presentation is not too long or too short. 28 minutes should be your target.
- A Windows laptop will be used to display the presentations in Power Point or PDF formats.
- The projector display ratio is 4:3.
- Presenters should upload their presentations from a memory stick prior to their session.
Poster Presenters:
- Please drop off posters when you pick up your registration materials. The posters will be available for viewing for the duration of the meeting.
- One formal poster viewing session is scheduled for Wednesday evening, June 26, 16:00-17:00.
- Poster presenters will have an opportunity to introduce their poster prior to the beginning of the poster viewing session. Each presenter will be allowed one minute to briefly describe the main point of their work.
- Poster boards will be in portrait orientation, 2.4 m x 1m (approximately 7 ft x 3 ft).
