You and your eligible dependents may access the following benefits now being offered by Minnesota Life under a program called LifeSuite.
To be eligible for these programs, you must be eligible for coverage under the State of Wisconsin Group Life Insurance plan (i.e., you must have completed at least six months of Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) employment). However, you don't need to be enrolled in the plan to use the Travel Assistance or Legal Services programs.
The LifeSuite services include:
Travel Assistance if you or an eligible dependent is traveling 100 miles or more from home.
Will Preparation and Legal Services. This is also available to annuitants.
Beneficiary Financial Counseling. Beneficiaries receiving at least $25,000 in policy benefits may opt to use independent beneficiary counseling services.
There is no need to enroll for these services and there is no premium cost. To access services, simply call or go on-line and identify yourself as a state of Wisconsin employee or dependent.
