Comings and Goings
Comings:
Zhengzheng Zhang | Zhengzheng is a student hourly working with Jean Phillips and the Media Team. "Hello, my name is Zhengzheng Zhang and I am from China. Holding a Ph.D. degree in Physics, I am currently pursuing my professional M.A. degree in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication, UW-Madison, with an emphasis on science journalism/communication. Many people are curious why I choose to go to J-school after my Physics doctoral degree, and I often answer them that because I love both areas and wish to be a bridge between science and general public someday to help people better appreciate the beauty of science. So now I am putting my dream into practice--this summer I am working with Ms.Jean Phillips in the media team as a science writing intern, which I am sure would be a beneficial and interesting experience. |
