I would like to invite you to discuss and learn about the HR Design process currently underway on campus. I am a member of the Academic Staff Executive Committee (ASEC) and am fairly familiar with the recommendations that have been put forth.

Currently the project leaders Bob Lavigna, Steve Lund and Mark Walters are developing a proposal from the recommendations that were put forth by the work teams. ASEC and other governance bodies and committees are meeting with the project leaders frequently throughout the summer as they put together their proposal. After that they hope to have a proposal that is agreeable, can be passed by governance groups and then move forward to the state legislature.

I have scheduled Room 351 at the following times. Hopefully there are times that could work for everyone.
