Comings and Goings
Comings:
Linda Keller |
Linda was formerly an AOS employee, but has now moved over to SSEC. Welcome aboard, Linda! | |
Maria Madsen | Maria is a student hourly working with Jerry Robaidek. "I am a junior majoring in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences. Some of my interests are traveling, unicycling, and making music. I QC in the data center at the SSEC." |
|
Jessica Gartzke | Jessica is a student hourly working with Robert Knuteson. "I'm from Waterford Wisconsin. My home is on Tichigan Lake. My majors are Life Science Communication and AOS. During the summer, I ski for the Muskego Waterbugs Show Ski Team. Actually, in September I was picked to be on the team that beat the world record for Largest Human Pyramid on Skis (so I'm a world record holder now, which is pretty neat). I also do this specific type of skiing called swivel skiing. It involves one ski that rotates 360 degrees. This winter break I am going to Singapore and Malaysia to study the Chinese Diaspora. At SSEC, I'm working with Mr. Knuteson on the validation of satellite retrievals of water vapor." |
