2012 SSEC Summer Party
Just a reminder that the 2012 Summer Party is Tuesday, August 14, from 4 - pm at the Union South, Sett Lower Level.
Bowling, shoe rental, pool, pizza, veggies & dip, fruit, dessert, beer, soda, and water will be provided. Please, no carry-ins.
Activities start at 4 pm. Food and beverages will be served starting at 4:30 pm.
Bowling is limited to 5 people per lane and we will have 6 lanes in total available. We will have bumper bowling for up to 2 lanes dependent upon the number of children attending. Bowling is first come first served. We will put a signup sheet on each lane to try to help ensure everyone gets a turn. We kindly ask that you limit yourself to 1 game of bowling at a time. If no one is on the waiting list, you’re welcome to bowl another game. If there is a waiting list, please vacate the lane and pick another sign up sheet for your next game.
Pool is first come first served. This activity will be limited to 4 people per table and we have 4 tables reserved. We’ll set up 2 tables with signup sheets for you to list up to 4 people at a time. We ask that you limit your time on these tables to one game unless nobody else is waiting on the signup sheet. We’ll set up 2 “Winner Stays” tables with a waiting list to challenge the previous game’s winner. The winner will keep playing until they lose or forfeit a game.
Building Tour -- Another planned activity is an SSEC family-friendly building tour around 6 pm. If you’re interested in a tour, please contact Jenny Hackel.
