Human Resources at SSEC as well as HR in other departments across the UW-Madison CAMPUS are currently involved with training for the use of the new Human Resource System (HRS) which will go live on April 18th. This will replace current outdated, human resource, benefit and payroll operation systems at UW-Madison.

This modern system will help standardize business practices, improve service to our employees, and ensure higher levels of data integrity in all our business practices and external reporting. It will consolidate hundreds of redundant campus systems into a single, reliable system, and provide employees with direct access to their own payroll and benefits information.

You can currently go to My UW-Madison for a summary of all your current benefits with the University as well as your work reports (earning statements) and access to your W2 tax statement.

If you are in need of a duplicate tax statement complete an Employee Duplicate Tax Statement Request.
