Typhoon Bualoi - 21-24 October 2019

Bualoi was a tropical depression on October 19, and later intensified into Typhoon Bualoi by 20 October though rapidly intensification. Bualoi (บัวลอย) means "Floating Lotus" in Thai and is a small riceball usually served in hot coconut cream with syrup-poached eggs on top.
