14 September 2019 Drone Strikes on Saudi Arabia
At approximately 4am local time on 14 September, numerous drones struck several major refineries in Saudi Arabia, damaging facilities that process the vast majority of their oil refining capabilities. This is estimated to bring to a halt ~5% of the world's oil supplies.
