6 - Example of FlAniS hotspots defined in the main window.
Here, we use an overlay image (with a "/always" attrbute) that has white triangles to indicate hotspots that link to other file_of_filenames to quickly change to a different region.
The red dot with a "1" in the middle is a pop-up message that will pan when the image
is zoomed and panned.
The SSEC logo is an example of a "link" action, also with
"pan" enabled.
Finally, the "?" hotspot is defined with a fixed location ("nopan") in each file_of_filenames, so it will appear to be persistent....but note the text changes
Also, please note the liberal use of tool tips for the hotspots...
Here is the file_of_filenames which defines the hotspots:
hotspot = 0, 500, 50, 50, fixed, fof, eax_NCR_overlayfiles.txt, Click here to load the EAX loop.
hotspot = 500,500,icon,new-4.gif,nopan, popup[-50/-200],This is the loop for MPX. It has some images and overlays of topography and counties. This is a lot of text -- but it is inteded to be just to show what the possibilities are: you can use HTML tags like BOLD or Italics and the like!, Click here for info about this MPX loop.
hotspot = 300,300,icon,ssec.png,pan, link, http://www.ssec.wisc.edu, Click here to link to SSEC's home page!
hotspot = 100,100,icon,new-3.gif,pan, popup[+20/+20/300/70], A bold and Big Red Dot with a 1 in it..., This is the tip of the day!
