Logistics
A block of 10 rooms has been reserved until Sept 10th at the Howard
Johnson Plaza which is a short five
(short) blocks east of SSEC <http://tinyurl.com/43tum>.
These should be at the $62/night "government rate". All rooms
have free wireless internet access.
Call 608-251-5511 and ask for "Charlie". The block is
reserved under "visit shymet summit" or code "VSS".
They have an airport shuttle, but you might check when you call in
about how to get it to pick you up. Cab rides would be ~$10
to/from the airport.
There will be no off-street parking available during the Summit.
