FINAL PROGRAM
The agenda will follow the general format of previous annual meetings. The detailed agenda is available at https://docs.zoho.com/sheet/published.do?rid=16uhyf62189a9379d4be583f9c35e412a2566. The outline of the agenda is as follows:
- Monday morning: Plenary – “Mini Conference” (interesting items that are not yet directly linked to GSICS Products)
- The Mini Conference allows meeting participants and observers to present their recent calibration activities, which may not be covered in the agenda of the main meeting, but are nevertheless of interest to development of future inter-calibration products. This portion is chaired by Dr. Dave Tobin. Please see a detailed agenda below.
- Monday afternoon and Tuesday: Plenary Session – Reports and Briefs
- Management Reports - Chairs of the Research and Data Working Groups and GSICS Coordination Centre reprsentative give reports on the achievements of the last year and brief on planned activities for this year.
- Agency Reports - Each member agency is invited to provide a presentation in which we ask you to present your progress against the actions of previous meetings, as recorded in the GSICS Operations Plan. You may also raise other issues of concern to your agency and outline your planned inter-calibration activities.
- Ice Breaker/Reception (cash bar) after Monday's afternoon session in Pyle Center Room 309.
- Group Dinner after Tuesday afternoon's session at The University Club. Please see details below.
- Wednesday & Thursday: Break-out sessions for Research and Data Working Groups.
- Wednesday includes a box lunch with choice of smoked turkey sandwich, roast beef sandwich, or the vegetarian alternative, a spinach tortilla filled with butternut squash spread and grilled veggies. ($14). (We did not meet the minimum to make the southwestern chicken salad.)
- Friday: Plenary Session – Reporting Outcomes and Planning Future Meetings
For questions regarding the meeting content and agenda, contact both meeting co-chairs at Dohyeong Kim and Tim Hewison.
